Eligibility

Registration Procedure

  1. Complete the Online Registration Form:
    All eligible graduates must register through the official Convocation Form available at: Click here to register.
  2. Provide Accurate Details:
    Ensure your name, registration number, and program title are correct as these details appear on your official degree.
  3. Confirmation Email:
    Once verified, a confirmation email/SMS will be sent with gown collection, rehearsal, and entry pass details.
Important Dates
  • Last Date for Registration: Sunday, November 9, 2025
  • Convocation Rehearsal: Sunday, December 7, 2025 – 5:00 p.m.
  • Convocation Ceremony: Monday, December 8, 2025 – 9:00 a.m.

Late submissions will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Convocation Fee: Rs. 20,000 – includes the graduate and two immediate family members. Children under 15 years are not allowed.

Additional Guest: Rs. 10,000 per person (subject to availability). Only one additional guest may be added.
