Q. Who is eligible to participate in the 12th Convocation?
Students who have successfully completed all degree requirements in Fall 2024 or Spring 2025 and have cleared all academic and financial dues are eligible to participate.

Q. Is rehearsal mandatory?
Yes. The rehearsal will be held on Sunday, December 7, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. sharp at PAF Museum, Karachi.
Attendance is compulsory. Students who fail to attend will not be permitted to join the ceremony.
Q. What is the convocation fee and what does it include?
Convocation Fee: Rs. 20,000 – includes the graduate and two immediate family members.
Additional Guest (optional): Rs. 10,000 per person (maximum one extra guest, subject to approval).
Children under 15 years are not allowed.
Q. How can I get my academic gown and cap?
Gowns and caps are available during rehearsal day on rent from, MAJU’s authorized supplier.
Total Deposit: Rs. 3,200.
Rent: Rs. 700.
Refundable Amount: Rs. 2,500(exclusive of tax)
Costumes must be returned within the notified period after the ceremony to receive the refundable amount.
Q. What should I wear under the gown?
Graduates must maintain a formal and dignified appearance:
• Male graduates: Dress shirt, tie, and formal trousers.
• Female graduates: Formal eastern wear.
• Only those wearing the prescribed academic costume will be allowed to participate in the procession.
Q.. How many guests can I bring?
Each graduate is entitled to bring two immediate family members. One additional guest may be added by paying Rs. 10,000 (subject to approval). Guests must carry original CNICs and invitation cards for entry.
Q. Are there any prohibited items at the venue?
• Smoking, pan, gutka, main puri, and chewing gum.
• Banners, sports goods, or props of any kind.
Security personnel will deny entry to anyone violating these rules.
Q. What time should I arrive at the venue?
All graduates and guests must arrive at least one hour before the ceremony starts for security checks and seating.
Entry will close once the ceremony begins.
Q. Can I take personal photos or videos?
• Official photographers will cover the entire event.
• Personal photography is allowed only in designated areas after the ceremony.
• Details for obtaining official photos will be shared by the Convocation Cell.
